Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and the day of order) after receiving your order confirmation email (the “Shipping Period”), subject to product availability and stock. You will receive an additional email notifying you when your order has been shipped and its expected date of arrival. Please note delivery of international orders may take longer than the Shipping Period.
We make every effort to ship and deliver your order within the Shipping Period, however, delays and other unforeseen circumstances may arise which may delay product delivery, including high volume and holiday seasons, product availability, and postal service issues. In the event of any such a delay, we will promptly notify you and work to resolve and minimize such delay as much as possible.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
As part of our shipping policy and services we may offer additional shipping methods, as set forth below. Please note certain restrictions may apply depending on your geographic locations
Local delivery (Israel)
We charge 50 NIS for local deliveries.
Deliveries are made on Sunday through Thursday. Prior to delivery, we will contact you via email to notify you of the details of your upcoming delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries except for the following:

The base price for shipping 1 device is 50 USD.
Shipping each additional device costs 15% (7.5 USD) more and is added automatically to your total order cost. Shipping 5 and more devices cost 79 USD.
If your country of residence is not listed during the checkout and isn't on the list of countries we don't ship to (listed above), please contact us directly at support@kaymera.com.
Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kaymera Technologies Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your sole responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@kaymera.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns during the period of up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kaymera.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
